The average number of Ultra-Height sessions needed is between 1 and 6, rarely, a client may need more than 6 sessions.

Some quick tips for your first session

• Be sure to complete the Complementary Healthcare Provider Disclosure, and whether you’re under the care of a doctor, if you a prescription  for hypnosis will be needed.
• Visit the bathroom before your hypnosis session
• Wear comfortable clothes
• Leave your arms or legs uncrossed while entering a trance to reach the right depth more quickly
