P – stands for your goal being positive in nature.   A goal to advance you or people around you is positive, a goal to wish hurt on others is not positive.

S – stands for Simple, phrase your goal in very simple terms, not a complex conglomeration of events.

B – stands for Believable. The goal should be believable in your mind such as “I am having success in my investment trading”   not something like “I will pilot a nuclear sub”.

M – stand for the goal being measurable, so stating “my bank account is increasing by 20% or increases $1000 each day” is something that can be measured.

I – stands for being in the present state, such as “I am receiving an abundance of income”

R – stands for rewarding.  You must be able to see or achieve a reward in some form from your goal. 

Increase Chances of Success

Using Visualization

Using visualization or imagination of your goal is essential.  The most important part of your visualization is to see yourself in your visualization.   Close your eyes, relax or go into a meditative state and for a picture if you find it hard to visualize then use the work imagine to create a picture. 

Even better, is to create a video or movie in your mind of the goal and see yourself as the lead in your movie doing what you desire or wish the goal to accomplish.  The more senses you can add to your movie creates a faster and more comprehensive goal.   See your movie in color, smell the surroundings.

 If your goal is to have that new car, visualize the color, smell the new car smell, see yourself driving around town and showing your significant other and your friend your brand-new car. 

The Secret I Found

harnessing power of mindDepending on the goal, add taste, and feel to the movie.   The secret that I have found is to focus and concentrate exclusively on the goal for 28 seconds, then release it to the universe knowing your goal is on the way to you.   Expect it, watch for it, feel the excitement of receiving your goal.

Take the feeling you would receive if your lotto ticket was the winning number, think about that feeling and emotion you would have and remember it so to apply to your goal you are receiving.

Place Goals in Written Form

P S B M I R Goal Setting EquationBy placing your goal to a written form, you add additional benefits and senses to the goal, you can see it in written form and can read it back to yourself several times through the day to keep your excitement up.  By combining visualization and emotions together solidifies your manifestation.
